My name is Cierson and I am a full-time multi-disciplinary artist currently residing in Brooklyn, NY, but originally from San Jose, California. I have a BA from Mount Holyoke College, where I studied Studio Art and Gender Studies. I create visual narratives through a variety of interwoven art forms including ceramics, writing, bookmaking, drawing, and tattooing. My creative practice is a spiritual process, a spiral path of self-discovery. Storytelling allows me to engage with archetypal symbols brought up from the depths of the unconscious, to create my own mythology full of spirit guardians, animals, and ancient gods. I seek to connect people to their own divine self and source of inner power through my work.
